Service Description

JetXCharter provides on-demand private jet charter brokerage services, connecting clients with licensed and vetted aircraft operators. We act as an intermediary and do not directly operate aircraft. All flights are operated by FAA-certified (or equivalent authority) Part 135 operators who maintain their own Air Carrier Certificates and insurance.

Our services include flight arrangement, itinerary planning, ground transportation coordination, catering requests, and concierge support. Service availability is subject to aircraft and crew scheduling.

Booking & Cancellation

All charter bookings are subject to aircraft availability and operator confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a signed charter agreement and the required deposit payment.

• Cancellation 72+ hours before departure — full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
• Cancellation 24–72 hours before departure — 50% of the charter cost is non-refundable.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure — 100% of the charter cost is non-refundable.
• No-show — no refund will be issued.

JetXCharter reserves the right to cancel or modify a flight due to safety concerns, weather conditions, regulatory requirements, or force majeure events, in which case a full refund or rebooking will be offered.

Limitation of Liability

JetXCharter acts as a charter broker and is not the direct air carrier. The operating carrier maintains all required insurance, certifications, and liability coverage for the operation of the aircraft.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JetXCharter shall not be liable for:

• Delays, diversions, or cancellations caused by weather, air traffic control, mechanical issues, or other factors beyond our control.
• Loss, damage, or delay of baggage or personal property during transit.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Third-party service failures, including ground transportation or catering providers.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific charter service giving rise to the claim.

Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% of the total charter cost is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours prior to departure.
• Accepted payment methods include wire transfer, certified check, and major credit cards. Credit card payments may be subject to a processing surcharge.
• All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. Quotes are valid for 48 hours unless stated otherwise.
• Additional charges may apply for itinerary changes, extended waiting times, overnight crew expenses, international handling fees, or de-icing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate passenger information, valid travel documents (passports, visas), and complying with all applicable laws and regulations of departure and destination jurisdictions. Clients must adhere to the operator's safety instructions and aircraft rules at all times.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York.
